The objectives of The New Orange Walk Football Association are:
- To improve the game of football constantly and promote it throughout the district of OWFA in the light of fair play and its unifying, educational, cultural and humanitarian values through different competitions.
- To protect the interests of its Members.
- To respect and prevent any infringement of the statutes, regulations, directives and decisions of FFB, FIFA, CONCACAF and OWFA as well as the Laws of the Game and to ensure that these are also respected by its Member.
- To prevent all methods or practices which might jeopardize the integrity of matches or competitions or give rise to the abuse of Association Football.
